Skilled mowing is a locally owned family company. We are situated just ten minutes from Launceston in the Tamar Valley.

We began our company when a large Real Estate firm complained that they couldn't secure the services of anybody who seemed fair dinkum about doing the job right the first time! They received so many call backs from unhappy clients that we saw a great opportunity to become leaders in our field. We purchased top quality machinery that was right for the job (mainly Honda four strokes) after we saw one company raking a concrete driveway with a plastic rake because they didn't have a blower!

We have grown our company to the point that we now even do work for Georgetown, West Tamar and Launceston Councils. Our work ranges from road side slashing, to landscaping, and everything in-between.

Our policy is, and always will be, to give each job the wow-factor. Always doing that little bit extra to make an impression and thereby winning life long clients by being dependable, reliable, professional, and doing it right the first time. We have ten million dollars cover for public liability, are traffic management certified and are a registered contractor for the City of Launceston.
